Unlock Your Potential: Turning Challenges into Triumphs

“Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.” — Thomas Edison

“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”

— Thomas Edison

Thomas Edison famously failed over 10,000 times as he experimented to create the light bulb.

But Edison never saw it that way.

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

You never know how close you are to success.

You never know how close you are to the next big breakthrough, either.

It would be a horrible mistake to give up now, given it could all turn around on your very next attempt, right?

Lots of people think they can’t write a book, that it’s too hard, takes too long, requires too much effort.

But that’s true of every goal worth achieving.

Hard work, determination, perseverance, trying one more time than you fail…. This is how dreams are transformed into our everyday reality.

So if you’re struggling to write your next page, your next paragraph, your next sentence, your next word, here’s my advice.

Keep going. Don’t let your short-term challenge become your lifetime failure.

You control your destiny.

You can turn your dream of a published book into your everyday reality.

Just keep going. No matter what challenge you face.

Seek help when you need it, if only for the encouragement it can provide.

If it was easy, everyone would write a book.

They don’t. In fact, only 3% of the people who say they want to write a book ever do. And only a small percentage of those go on to publish it.

You are the exception to this, not the rule.

Persistence is your best ally in life, not just in writing your book.
