This is such great advice when writing your first or next non-fiction book.

We don’t turn our dreams into reality by working really hard one day and doing nothing for six days.

We turn our dreams into reality by working our plan, our Roadmap for Success, daily.

We must complete the tasks that will most effectively move us closer to our dream each day.

We must do the internal work so we can become the person for whom our dream is the everyday reality.

This requires us to step out of our comfort zone.

That’s how dreams become reality.

Daily. Effective. Courageous. Work.

Feeling uncertain about this? Ask yourself this.

How can I become someone I’ve never been before, so I can accomplish dreams I’ve never accomplished before, if I’m unwilling to do things I’ve never done before?

You can’t.

Leave your comfort zone behind.

Get used to living outside of it every day, courageously.

Be grateful for every step.

Seek the help you need along the way.

Find mentors who’ve been where you want to go, connect with them and, most importantly, follow their guidance.

They know where the potholes are.

They know where the bridges are washed out.

They know all the shortcuts around these difficulties and they can help you avoid them too.
