Compassion: A feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering.

Our non-fiction books often deal with healing deep wounds, wounds we’ve personally experienced and worked our way through, often by trial and error.

Our desire to write a book comes out of this painful experience.

Now we want to help others facing the same problem to shortcut the healing process.

Our solution will help our readers live empowered and fulfilled lives.

We must do our own inner work first.

When we do this internal work, our words will resonate deeply with our readers because as they read each page, they will say to themselves, “This author knows me and what I’m going through.”

This, coincidentally, is also the path to raving fans and more book sales.
