Determination is an essential tool in your Author Toolset, because determination will power you through, over, under, around every obstacle you face.
But how do you build the determination required to write, finish and publish your book?
By doing all of those small things you love to ignore.
1. Set a clear destination. (publication date)
2. Design a detailed plan to get you there. (an outline)
3. Carve your plan into small pieces you can easily achieve. (research, chapters, etc)
4. Set a hard deadline for every one.
5. Seek help, as needed, as you journey down Publication Highway. (join a writing group, hire a coach, etc.)
6. Build a consistent writing habit so your success is guaranteed. (schedule your writing sessions, keep your writing appointments)
7. Repeat these steps as often as necessary, whether you feel like it or not.
