The very best tool in our Author Toolkit is Personal Integrity.

What does that mean?

Personal integrity means doing what I said I would do, when I said I would do it, whether I feel like it or not.

It means the best way to build your writing habit is to schedule your writing time in advance, and then keep the appointment.

It sounds so simple, doesn’t it?  At its core, writing a book is simple. You sit down and write until your book is finished.

But we love to overthink the process. We love to allow our feelings get in the way.

The harsh reality is our published book doesn’t care whether we feel like writing today. Our published book only cares that we wrote today so it can become a physical, tangible product that will help others.

Want to learn how to build your writing habit?  Join me starting July 11th for a free, 5-day workshop where I’ll walk you through the entire process of designing an effective Roadmap for Success so you can write and publish your book this year.
