Motivation, like inspiration, can be a fickle friend, so I believe in building a solid foundation and build levels of motivation on top of it so I can more easily achieve my dreams.

Ask yourself the question, “Why is achieving this dream or goal so important to me?”

Spent 2 minutes writing down all the answers you can think of, across every area of your life.

The deeper you dig for your answers, the more emotionally powerful a motivational talisman your answers become.

Zig Ziglar is right. Building a wealth of motivational resources is required to deal with all the situations you face as you write your first draft.

Knowing our “why” is critical to getting motivated and staying motivated for the long haul journey required to turn our dreams into our reality.

The deeper we dive into why we’re doing what we’re doing, why it’s so important to us, and address this at the most vulnerable parts of our psyche, the easier it is to stay motivated when others want to quit.

Our vulnerability isn’t our weakness.

Our vulnerability is the source of all our power.

The more honestly we can assess this in our hearts, the more powerfully we will move forward to achieve our dreams.

What is your dream?

What are you willing to do to achieve it?
