In a world that’s overrun with fear, shame, doubt, isolation and division, to maintain any sense of mental health means we must focus our attention on the things that matter most.
Our thoughts control our decisions and actions, therefore our thoughts control our lives.
We can do anything we choose to do.
I start each day writing out a gratitude list. It only takes about 5 minutes, but it starts my day off in the right mental attitude.
The more we can live in this state of gratitude and joy for the blessings of our life, the more effective we are in every area of our life.
