Write as fast and as much as you can every day. Ignore spelling mistakes. Ignore grammar errors. REFUSE to edit a single word.
I must take my internal deadlines seriously if I want to turn my dream of writing a book into my published reality.
Be consistent. Make daily journaling a part of your morning routine.
Effective writing requires a calm mind emotionally, spiritually and intellectually.
