The problem with quitting the small things is it’s so easy.
“I’ll go for a walk tomorrow.”
“I’ll eat a healthy meal tomorrow.”
“I’ll start writing my book tomorrow.”
These are NOT empowering statements.
Our reasons – our excuses – are usually grounded in fear. And once quitting becomes a habit, it’s very difficult to dig yourself out of that pit.
Probably the saddest thing about these phrases is we say them with the very best of intentions.
And these lies are so easy to believe in that moment.
But every one leads to becoming comfortable with quitting on yourself.
Once you're comfortable quitting in the small things, quitting on the big things becomes so much easier. Share on XIf you’ve been telling yourself you will write your book “some day” or “tomorrow” or “next year” then I encourage you to set aside your fear and join me on December 12th for
