Denzel Washington urges us to fail big because only through failure and persistence can we learn new skills and grow into the author and the human being God intends us to be.

These failures are essential stepping stones on our journey to success.

Fear of failure is not rational. I will never succeed the first time I do anything. Neither will you. To expect otherwise is nonsense. We all fail far more than we succeed.
