Words have power over you because your beliefs create your reality, so when you say, “I can’t” or “I won’t” or “I don’t have” you feel discouraged, defeated and powerless.
But when you ask, “How can I afford that?” or “What is it costing me to NOT do this?” your mind immediately searches for a solution to the problem because a question assumes there is an answer – that there MUST be a way – and your mind MUST find it.
In every area of your life, you make time for activities you value.
You don’t make time for things you don’t value. So if you say you want to write and publish your book, but you’re not making the time to write your book then – at some level – you don’t value your published book enough to do what’s required.
The same is true for money.
You only spend your money on items, courses, and experiences you value.
You are always willing to spend your time on what you value.
Similarly, you can always afford the things you want most, too.
Always.
If you track how you spend your time and where you spend your money, you'll probably be horrified at what your actions show is important. Share on XBut you can change this any moment you choose to.
The only question is
“What am I willing to give up or do less of?”
And you’ll find your answer.
When you train yourself to remove the words “can’t” and “impossible” from your vocabulary, you gain power over your life.
When you ask “How can I?” and “What’s it costing me by NOT doing it?” you train your mind to search for a solution.
