I firmly believe that, when you’ve gone through horrible trauma in your life and, by hard work and determination, you’ve come out the other side of it a whole and complete human being, it’s your duty to share your experience, strength and hope with others going through a similar situation.

Why?

Because, someone out there is going through the same trauma you experienced, and they desperately need of the survival guide only you can provide.

It’s critical for another reason, too.

Writing your story and how you overcame this trauma will be the most cathartic and freeing experience of your life.

If you’re not willing to write it for someone else, write it for yourself.

When you’re finished, consult with your family, trusted friends and advisors and ask them if they think you should publish your book.

If they say anything other than “YES!” I will be stunned. You probably should be too.

Because someone IS out there waiting for the survival guide only you can write in the language they need to hear.

Do it for them.
