We will, if only for the next 10 minutes, made a decision, then we will follow our decision with immediate, effective action toward our dream.

If this sounds crazy, stupid or anything in between, share in the comments what word jumped into your mind.

There are no right or wrong answers. This is an exercise in self-awareness, not self-flagellation.

Whatever word came up for you, do you classify it as a “positive” or a “negative” thought?

If positive, fantastic. Skip to the next step.

But if it’s negative, take a deep breath and exhale that negativity. You don’t need it. You certainly don’t want it – so just let it go.

Now, what is the single, most effective action you can take right now to move you closer to achieving your dream?

Write it down. For bonus points, drop it in the comments section too.

How long will it take you to complete this task? If longer than 1 hour, break it down into smaller steps until you have a series of tasks that each take a maximum of 15 minutes.

Set a 15-minute timer on your smartphone, start it and begin.

You will be amazed at what you accomplish in this 15-minute window.
